When starting to lose weight, skipping breakfast is not an option, so I started skipping lunch! This began a two-month-long lunch fasting action!!! Weight loss was considered successful, but this was just the first stage of my exercise journey. During this period, I gradually discovered the joy of running..As you run faster and farther, you will gain more. The detailed exercise records, lively social circle, and enthusiastic discussion area made me love running even more. Gradually, I tried to improve my pace, participated in online competitions, and eventually joined offline marathon races. In 2015, I participated in the Tianjin Wuqing International Marathon and the Beijing Bird's Nest Half Marathon in November. Although my results were average, the feeling of self-improvement was truly addictive. Now my weight has stabilized between 62-63kg, but I no longer aim for weight loss. Running happily and ensuring a healthy future is my ultimate goal.
