On the afternoon of April 29, 2017, I received the jacket and went to Xi'an the next day. It was particularly hot in Xi'an during those days, almost 30°C, and the sun was very strong. While others wore short sleeves, I wore this KAILAS jacket to test its various features.
Under the scorching sun, this jacket can completely serve as a sun protection garment. The surface of the jacket gets very hot, but the skin does not feel the heat. In rainy weather, it can serve as a raincoat. During the trip, we encountered a sudden rain shower, and while my companions got wet, my jacket remained waterproof. It also has excellent breathability. On a crowded bus at noon, many people took off their jackets, but I didn't feel stuffy at all. The jacket is also good at keeping warm and windproof. We went to the seaside where it was very windy. While my face and legs felt cold, my upper body did not. The lightweight feature is a significant advantage for mountaineering. My friends' mountaineering jackets were more than three times heavier than mine, making my climb much easier. I genuinely appreciate the heat dissipation feature. A few days ago, I cycled over 80 kilometers with friends. While their jackets were soaked with sweat, mine was only slightly damp.
