video snowboarding tutorial series 9 toe and heel edge jumping
In this episode, we will mainly learn front and back edge jumps. Edge jumps during rotation practice are an important method to strengthen edge control ability. Training follows the principle of systematic practice with both regular and reverse feet simultaneously.
When jumping, both feet should exert force simultaneously, with core strength maintaining the aerial posture. After takeoff, ensure the gliding stance remains unchanged. Upon landing, ensure an edge landing and maintain the forward direction.
