007 device introduction

I've loved watching various spy movies since I was a kid, especially popular ones like '007'. I'm particularly fascinated by the new, high-tech gadgets featured in these films. Recently, I got to indulge in my '007' fantasies. Let me share a picture first; come in and take a look.

This review is about the QCY-T1 PRO split-type Bluetooth earphones, a new high-tech product from QCY.

The outer packaging looks quite ordinary, with a semi-transparent box that allows you to easily see the product inside.

The top left corner of the packaging box displays the product's brand logo—QCY.

The back of the packaging box lists some basic data about the product: model, connection method, battery capacity, standby time, and talk time.

The side of the packaging box also features the product logo and the phrase 'just enjoy it' in English.

Opening the packaging box is truly a shock. Is it a Black Warrior?

All the accessories of the product: charging case, split-type earphones, two pairs of spare ear tips and ear hooks, and a charging cable.

Let's not talk about anything else first; this charging case is really eye-catching.

The battery case is designed to be quite compact, easily fitting into one hand.

The dimensions of the case are 33mm*55mm*54mm. One end of the case features a power button, four battery indicator lights, and the charging port for the battery case.

The case uses a standard Micro USB interface.

The case not only charges the earphones but also stores them, making it easy to carry and store without losing them.

Have you ever seen such compact earphones? I have.

Isn't the saying 'a radish for every hole' referring to this?

Do you see the two metal contact points on it? The earphones charge through them.

When charging, the power light on the earphones turns solid red.

The more I look at it, the more I like it. Compactness and grandeur never conflict.

Since the product is a split-type Bluetooth earphone, two different Bluetooth devices will appear in the Bluetooth menu. Just connect each to the player.

It should be noted that the earphones can be used individually or paired via Bluetooth to form a pair. More importantly, the two earphones can be paired with two different phones, which is ideal for driving. Mono sound does not affect hearing the surrounding environment, and you can use the earphones to answer calls or listen to other audio.

Since the earphones are operated via touch, they differ from many other earphones with physical buttons. I'll briefly introduce the operations.

Power on: Touch the multifunction button for about 1 second.

Power off: When powered on, touch the multifunction button for about 3 seconds.

Reject call: When a call comes in, touch the multifunction button for about 1 second.

Answer call: When a call comes in, touch the multifunction button to answer, and touch it again to hang up.

Switch audio between earphones and phone: During a call, touch the multifunction button for about 1 second to switch.

Mute on/off: During a call, double-tap the multifunction button to mute; double-tap again to unmute.

Play/pause: When playing music, touch the multifunction button to pause, and touch it again to play.

Skip track: When playing music, double-tap the left earphone's multifunction button to play the previous track, and double-tap the right earphone's multifunction button to play the next track.

The multifunction button mentioned above is indicated by the arrow in the picture below.

Let everyone see how it looks when worn.

Each earphone weighs only 5 grams, making it very compact when worn in the ear. Although it's easy to notice, wearing it won't affect you from doing anything else.

Regarding sound quality, I personally feel it's decent. The reduction in size hasn't compromised the necessary components for improving sound quality. Listening to music with these earphones is quite good because they are in-ear and block out some external noise.

As for battery life, the battery case has a theoretical capacity of 750mAh, and each earphone has 40mAh. This means it takes about 80mAh to fully charge the earphones once. When fully charged, the battery case can provide about 9 charges for the earphones. The actual usage time depends entirely on the user's volume level and operation frequency.

In conclusion, I personally feel that the QCY-T1 PRO split-type Bluetooth earphones are a good product. They look great, have a strong sense of technology, are compact and easy to carry, and are especially suitable for driving or busy work. They are not as conspicuous as traditional Bluetooth earphones, which can be considered impolite, and they free up your hands to do other tasks conveniently.
