Ab Slimming Tips:


1. You need a set of well-fitting workout clothes. Of course, girls can also wear a sexy sports bra like @Xiang Qingmei!


2. Prepare a yoga mat.It's best to do some simple warm-ups before starting the exercises to get your body relaxed.


3. It is recommended to do 15-20 repetitions per set for each exercise, and do 3-4 sets daily. Adjust the intensity based on your own condition.
